Tic Tac Toe is an exceptional classroom review game. By overlaying mathematical equations on top of the classic grid, teachers can transform rote arithmetic practice into an engaging competitive match.

How Math Tic Tac Toe Works

The rules are designed to incentivize accuracy:

• The board starts with an arithmetic equation printed inside each of the nine squares.
• On your turn, click the square you want to claim. An input box will prompt you to solve that equation.
• If you submit the **correct answer**, you claim that square with your symbol (X or O).
• If you answer **incorrectly**, you fail to claim the square and forfeit your turn. The other player gets to make their move.
• The first player to align 3 correct answers wins the game.
